Originally from the UK, Marc moved to Christchurch to begin his recruitment career after a three-year stint in Tokyo. He found his niche recruiting in the IT sector, starting out with a small specialist agency before working for a multi-national recruitment firm, where he went on to become National Business Development Manager. He has a wealth of experience in end-to-end recruitment, from entry-level help desk roles to software programming and development, QA, project management and executive-level positions. Marc has worked with large enterprise organisations, government entities, SMEs and startups to source both contract and permanent positions. He has experience looking after expansive multi-region RPO’s requiring significant hires from New Zealand, China, United States and Europe to fill specialist technology roles.
Marc joined Matt in 2014 to launch the Talent Hive, where he is Director of IT.
