Hailing from the UK, Matt has over two decades of experience in the recruiting industry, including 10 years with a Fortune 500 global recruiting company, where he rose quickly through the ranks to become Group General Manager. Having worked across the hi-tech manufacturing, renewable energy and engineering consultancy. Matt has been fortunate enough to collaborate with some of New Zealand’s most innovative companies. Matt delivers great outcomes for his clients and has won recognition for his work in the consulting, design, implementation and management of large outsourced recruitment process models (RPO).
Seeing a gap in the market for a more niche style of recruitment that offers a truly personalised approach, Matt formed Talent Hive with Marc in 2014, taking on the role of Director of Engineering Recruitment.
